Transparent, published rates
Best Day Ever Therapy is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service unless a package is prepaid. We do not bill commercial insurance or Medicaid. Superbills are available for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement; reimbursement is never guaranteed. Qualifying students ages 3–22 may use FES-UA funds at these same published rates. FES-UA is a scholarship funding model, not insurance.

Evaluations include a written summary and ideas to try at home. A $100 deposit holds your evaluation and is applied to the visit. It is refundable with 48 hours’ notice.

Home visits along 30A include Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton, Seaside, WaterColor, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. Visits to Freeport, DeFuniak Springs, and north Walton include a $100 travel fee and are scheduled as two visits.

Prepaid packages reflect a 5% discount from individual session rates. Packages expire 6 months from purchase. They are non-refundable and transferable within a family.

Cancellation
24-hour notice required. Late cancel or no-show: $75 fee, or forfeiture of one package session.
Payment methods
Card, HSA/FSA, check (returning clients), FES-UA / Step Up, or reimbursement after you pay.
Superbills
Provided on request for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Clients submit the superbill directly to their insurer. Reimbursement is never guaranteed.
The Play Studio
Some pediatric sessions use The Play Studio next door. Their space fee is billed at their published rate ($10–15/hour).
Limited reduced-rate visits are available for families referred by FISH MD or Walton Wellness.
